		<description>Great Article Mark!

One thing that's helped me over the years not to waste time is comparing my online experience to that of cooking a large meal. When you want everything to come out hot at the same time, you start the things that take the longest first, then work your way around to the shortest cooking items.
So it all comes out at the same time, hot and fresh.

Online marketing works much the same way. If you put the things that take the most time on high priority and get them done first, you'll have more time to spend on the little things. Another thing I learned is to not turn on the messenger until the work is done, unless of course you have clients, but even then you have to put them aside when you're doing crucial things that need all your attention, otherwise they will eat up your time and draw your attention away from what you need to do.

Thanks again for this article. Once again you've done an excellent job.
